My Review

A pro-active sunscreen is pretty hard to beat. We all know that there is no way, short of covering ourselves from head to toe with opaque materials, to completely shield ourselves from the sun. Since this is not particularly practical, what could possibly be better than a sunscreen that actually tackles the UVA and UVB rays head on as soon as they hit the skin? Nothing.

However, it should be noted that that this lotion is clearly marketed as a prevention method, and may not be effective alone as a way to restore your skin if you already have significant environmental damage. Also, Ahava is pretty discreet about what is actually in its products, so you will have to rely on user reviews – admittedly, universally good – to decide whether or not the product will work for you rather than investigating the ingredients in detail.

However, this sunscreen is relatively inexpensive and does come from a proven line of scientifically tested beauty products, so I don’t think you will find better protection anywhere.
