My Review

While I want to believe that this innovative company with an incredible reputation for customer care has found the answer to my skin care needs, I am not convinced.

Caudalie’s “loyal” customers rave about their instant responses to problems and the way that they are happy to come out with new products basically “on request,” but there is little evidence that these products do much more than moisturize and add some “sparkle” to your complexion. In terms of a long term repair system, I suspect that Caudalie’s secret ingredients may fall short.

However, there is a great deal of research that indicates grape-related skin care products and extracts may be incredible preventatives, so if you are not yet experiencing serious problems you may want to consider investing in a bottle of this serum. However, I must point out that this research is not related directly to Caudalie products, and there is no way to know exactly what is in this company’s bottles as it is not listed in full on the packaging or on the website.

On the other hand, they do have a fantastic reputation for customer service, so it may be worth it to do a short, five- or six- day trial and then return the product if you're not happy.
