This skin "regenerator" has a lot of things going for it. However, there are some serious ramifications to consider before investing in this product.

Vitamin C in the form of MAP-15 is one of the least irritating forms of the vitamin. However, if you have sensitive skin you may still experience problems with this product.
The Dermatologica Regenerator is not always a permanent solution, though the results last all day in most cases.
Dermatologica is an anti-aging system of which this formula is only a part. While many people experience good results with just the regenerator, for the system to fully function you need all the components.

My Review

The Dermatologica AGE Smart MAP-15 Regenerator is a really “smart” product. It is expressly formulated to be the ultimate skin care-and-repair product. The solution contains very few superfluous ingredients, instead allowing its entire concentrated volume to attack wrinkles and age spots with a vengeance.

Glucosamine, long known for its regenerative effects on cartilage, targets harmful byproducts that can damage skin and inhibits melanin formation. (Melanin is the pigment in your skin that determines your skin tone. Excessive melanin causes darker spots on your skin.)

Meanwhile, MAP-15, one of the most popular and effective forms of vitamin C, attacks free radicals and promotes collagen formation. The rest of the ingredients are also all active, with hyaluronic acid promoting the absorption of moisture while white tea and yeast extracts work on “healing” wrinkles caused by environmental damage. All in all, this is powerful stuff.

However, there are some drawbacks to this powerhouse of an anti-aging product. Everything works exactly as it should, but the product simply does not contain the necessary ingredients to eliminate all age signs. The immediate results will last up to 24 hours, but the wrinkle elimination will not necessarily be permanent. Even with repeated applications you will not necessarily be rid of expression lines or deep furrows.

Fortunately, if you are experiencing early or “mid-level” signs of aging and want to repair the damage and stall the progression, then you are in luck.
