My Review

Although Elemis Time Defence Wrinkle Delay is made for men, I decided to review the product anyway. After all, it has been proven to reduce wrinkles in clinical trials and there is nothing in it that can necessarily harm women. So, why would I not try an anti-aging cream with clinical trials to back it up?

Honestly, I don't understand why this product carries the "for men" declaration. I assume this is for marketing purposes, as the male demographic is probably untapped by most cosmetic companies. What Elemis did here is a smart move and even the packaging looks more masculine than most wrinkle cream products. However, the light scent and the results of the cream tell me it is for everyone.

Although the product claims to take up to 28 days to greatly increase the skin's hydration, I noticed some results in just a week. As a moisturizer alone, I'd say this cream is a good investment. It leaves no greasy residue or shine. In fact, it can help to balance out your skin tone so you can go make-up free for the day. It also smoothes the skin enough to reduce most fine lines around the eyes, mouth and forehead. Personally, I noticed the biggest improvement in the laugh lines around my mouth.

Elemis Time Defence Wrinkle Delay is supposed to be applied once a day after your morning facial wash. With continuous use, I believe I would have seen even more results. While this isn't the equivalent to surgery or injections, it is a solid anti-aging product that can definitely help with fine lines and some deeper wrinkles. I recommend the cream for both men and women, no matter what it says on the bottle.
