Matis Reponse Corrective Wrinkle Eraser is one of the rare anti-aging products that can be easily carried in your purse for quick touch ups throughout the day. The convenience is what first attracted me to the corrective pen. While the price is a bit high for a small pen, reviews were generally positive, so I decided to try it for myself.

With this “eraser,” you take a pen filled with wrinkle cream and trace along your wrinkles and fine lines. This actually helps to stretch the product out longer, as you are only applying it to specific problem areas. After using the first time, my skin became really irritated around my eyes. I finally figured out that I was pressing down too hard while drawing on my face with the pen. Light pressure is really all that is needed, so don’t make the same mistake as me (ouch!).

After using Matis Reponse Corrective Wrinkle Eraser for over one week, I noticed a big improvement in my skin’s moisture, as well as the dark circles under my eyes. However, there wasn’t a tremendous improvement in my fine lines and wrinkles. While some did smooth out a bit, I would hardly consider this one of the better over-the-counter wrinkle creams.

If you are looking for a convenient and effective moisturizer or eye treatment, this is a great product to carry on the go. However, I can’t give it very high ratings for diminishing my expression lines and crow’s feet, as the brand suggested it would. Overall, this isn’t a dud, but you might want to look for a more intense wrinkle treatment if you have aging or damaged skin.
