My Review
Nuxe Creme Merveillance Enrichie is an interesting product in that it's aimed at a very specific group of women. The company is targeting women ages 35-40 who have dry skin. Yes, that includes a lot of women, but it certainly leaves even more out of the mix.
Although I don't quite fit into this demographic, I decided to try out this moisturizing cream that claims to reduce the appearance of expression lines. In fact, it has been "clinically proven," which only intrigued me further.
There is no doubt that this is an effective moisturizer. In fact, it was a bit too effective for my combination skin. My t-zone was left feeling a bit greasy after a few applications, so I decided to only use the cream once a day.
Nuxe also recommends that you use the cream as a mask once a week. That is an interesting approach, though I didn't try it for fear that I would be left with an extremely oily face.
As for its anti-aging properties, I really did see some improvements in my more recently developed fine lines. As for my long-standing wrinkles around my eyes and mouth, they seemed about the same.
Remember, however, that this product is intended for a woman a few years younger than me. If I turned to Nuxe Creme Merveillance Enrichie years ago, it might have done wonders in halting the aging process.
I wouldn't say this purchase was a total bust. As a moisturizer, it absolutely did work and if you have naturally dry skin, this might be a great staple during the winter months. Also, if you are just noticing the first signs of wrinkles, you might consider using this.
After all, it does boast clinical results and as far as high-end wrinkle creams go, this is a bargain. So, if you are in that magic demographic (35-40 years old with dry skin), I would recommend you try this out at least once.
