Osmotics Anti Wrinkle Vitamin C Patches
The Osmotics Anti-Wrinkle Vitamin C Patch is a unique way to intensely isolate and repair wrinkles—even those deep, vertical frown lines between the eyes—with the powerful combination of Vitamin C paired with sweet almond oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil and lemongrass and ginseng extract.
Vitamin C has long been credited with everything from preventing colds to repairing sun damage, so it is not surprising that the Osmotics Company would produce a patch that used the vitamin to target skin damage in the form of lines and wrinkles.
What makes this patch unique, however, is the combination of herbs and extracts that form the second half of the treatment. All the ingredients in the oil solvent that you use to remove the patch are used by herbalists and scientists to repair scarring, increase skin resilience and generally maintain health and radiance.
The Anti-Wrinkle Vitamin C Patch comes in a box of twelve patches—which means a little less than two weeks’ worth—with an oil solvent to help remove the patch and further saturate the skin with the treatments.
To use the patch, you peel it off the backing and apply it directly to the problem area or areas on your face. The patches are particularly good for targeting crow’s feet, laugh lines and forehead furrows. Leave the patch on for eight hours—usually overnight is the best time to do this. The next morning, rinse your face with warm water and then work the oil solvent in under the patch with your fingers. Once the adhesive is dissolved, you can remove the patch and wash your face as usual.
The patches can be cut to fit your face more comfortably, or to target small areas and get more than twelve treatments out of a box.
My Rating is: 3/5
Drawbacks:
The wrinkle patch gets very good results, but there are a few minor drawbacks that may prevent you from using the patch to full effectiveness:
- Overnight, small crystals may form around the edges of the patch. Some people find them very irritating and that they cannot use the patches near their eyes because of these crystals.
- The patches’ adhesive is very sticky and difficult to remove even with the oil solvent.
- These patches are intended to repair and prevent, but people with sun-hardened, “resistant” skin may find that they need additional moisturizing and other types of skin repair before the patches are useful.
Benefits:
Vitamin C is indisputably good for your skin, and almost everyone who uses this patch sees results. There are also some other positive reasons to choose this anti-wrinkle patch.
- All the active ingredients are natural skin healers and treatments. For example, sesame oil is good for scar repair; almonds contain youth-maintaining hormones that your body stops making on its own at 35 years of age, and ginseng is great for overall mental and physical revitalization.
- As far as effective anti-aging treatments go, these patches are not particularly expensive.
- Most of the work is done overnight, which allows you to intensely target problem areas without spending a lot of time on your facial treatments in the morning or evening.
Price: $48.00 for twelve patches and a bottle of oil solvent

My Review
The Osmotics Anti-Wrinkle Vitamin C Patches seem to be a great way to prevent expression lines from developing into serious furrows, but they do not appear to function as effectively on problem areas that are already well-developed.
While all of the active ingredients in the patches are well-documented ways to prevent skin damage and repair minor problems, they are not necessarily — although they may succeed in some cases — a guaranteed way to change a face already damaged or worn by environment or time.
Furthermore, you will need to basically "waste" at least a piece of one of the patches before you start using the treatments to make sure that you can get it off your face without hurting yourself. You should apply it to a less-sensitive area like your chin or maybe even the inside of your wrist to test your response to the adhesive and the removal process before sticking the patches on tender areas such as the sides of your eyes or mouth.
Overall, you might give this product a try if you've only recently begun to notice the effects of aging on your skin. However, if you have severe environmental damage that has made your skin leathery or "hard," these patches may not work as well as they do for people with less exposure-related damage to their skin.
